Viva Las Vegas!

Vegas was AMAZING. We had so much fun. Aaron had done alot of research prior to our trip so he tried the $20.00 upgrade trick with the person checking us in and it worked. We ended up with a room looking onto the strip on the 27th floor- there are only 29 floors. Since we had such a nice room on New Years Day we were delayed getting into the room so we decided to try 'my' luck at roulette. I ended up winning 275.00 dollars. We were excited to say the least and then got ready for our evening at KA. I can not explain in words how awesome that show was we were so close that one of the main actors waved and smiled at me in the first 5 minutes. Aaron had actors brushing past his leg and there were fight scenes right in front of us. It was the highlight of the trip- excluding our time together. Aaron did a couple poker tournaments and we went to see Lance Burton, a magicians show at the Monte Carlo.

At the airport I decided to use the restroom. As you know in the airport the chairs face each other and are pretty close in proximity. When I returned Ivanka Trump was sitting in front of me. I leaned over and said Aaron that is Ivanka Trump, of course he said, "No, it's not." She was dressed down, not a designer label in sight, with the exception of the huge diamond earrings. I asked Aaron if I could ask her and he said, "No, it's not her." Anyway, we made eye contact a couple of times so she knew I knew and low and behold it was her. She made a couple of phone calls and one that was the most telling was for 2 bottles of champagne for her brothers birthday party tonight on Park Avenue. She had to say his name "Eric Trump" which she did to the side and quietly. She was beautiful. I kept thinking when we were trying to figure out if it was her that she was WAY to pretty to live in Saint Louis. (Sorry Friends!) Anyway, she's georgous. What money and power can do!

We had so much fun. Thanks to my mom for watching the boys. She didn't seem TOO tired. It was nice coming home to the two little guys more then excited to have us back.

Take care!
